2. Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes — we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your own products or tools, just let us know before the appointment.
3. Do I need to be home when the cleaners arrive?
No. You do not have to be present. Many customers leave a key in a safe spot or make arrangements with us before we arrive.
4. What are your service hours?
We operate Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with typical appointments around 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1:30 PM. We do our best to accommodate special scheduling requests.
5. What should I do before the cleaning crew arrives?
Please pick up personal items and reduce clutter so the team can focus on cleaning, not tidying up belongings.
6. How can I pay for the cleaning service?
We accept cash or check on the day of service. Other options like Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo are also available.
7. What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
8. Do you assist with party or event cleaning?
Yes! We can help before, during, and after parties as long as schedule permits.

Pricing is based on square footage, the number of surfaces/areas to clean, and the level of cleaning needed. Deep cleaning or homes that haven’t been cleaned in a while are discussed in detail before service to set clear expectations.
